I have been seeing ads from a lot of job sites over the internet and other forms of media. In fact, I have tried using a few of them during my job search after college. That was in 2004.
If I remember correctly, these sites offer resume building and personality development courses too. They charge an amount for these additional services. Are these sites worth using? I am listing out a few of the famous Indian job sites below. If you have used any of these or any of your friends have used and were placed in a job let me know. It is just a curiosity to know whether these are worth using.

Just before 1 month, I uploaded my resume in Monster and got 1 offer… but since it is not upto my expectation, i rejected it…
Even today morning, i received 1 more call from monster… i’m yet to decide what to do…
oh I see! Good to see that Monster is offering jobs. I have not used a single job site till now. May be will give it a try as and when the situation needs me to.
