		<description>a)decisions are decisions...they are always both right and wrong because the effect of any decision could be actually perceived only at a future point....one has to decide and one does , to the best of one&#039;s values and ethics.
b) people like &#039;A&#039; are indeed troulesome to handle,but at the same time even people as &#039;B&#039; ,may seem as people &#039;A&#039; to some other person who perceives himself as &#039;B&#039;.....unless careful and alert all the attributes are in abundance in all of us..
C) &#039;attitude&#039; is nothing static . it looks different to different individuals ...my &quot;attitude&quot; is just a matter of &quot;perception&quot; of the other.....if there could be &#039;gap&#039; there could be &#039;gpp&#039; tooo...&#039;p&#039; -perception.... :idea:

Welcome back man! How&#039;s Canada? Was speaking with a mututal friend of ours and he said that people like A are everywhere. If you quit a company and join another, you will find a person like A in another form. But at the same time, it is hard to ignore them and stay with them as lot of A&#039;s are torturers. Better shut up and put up with A&#039;s or speak up and quit.  :grin: 
Do we know this person A? Tough question to answer.  :wink: And If I answer it, there is no point in the disclaimer I have put in. So, offline, we can speak about it.  :mrgreen:</description>

		<description>I think I have experienced the same situation some time back.
A person is said to have an attitude problem when, he/she does not want to do justice his/her responsibility, does not take any comments sportively, when others success make him/her jealous.

Based on the above three points I would rather say A is in fact GAP.

The best way to deal ppl like this ignore them.
You climb the corporate ladder not because you help your reporting person a personal favour but only when you are willing to learn something new and try to thing new.
BTW karthick, do we know this person A ? :wink:</description>
